ExcelBIPro provides business intelligence and data consulting services, including but not limited to Excel automation, Power BI dashboards, MIS reporting, data integration, data cleaning, KPI tracking, and custom CRM/LMS systems. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be agreed separately in writing (a proposal, quotation, or work order).
To deliver our services effectively, you agree to provide accurate data, timely access to relevant systems or files, and prompt feedback. Delays in providing required information may affect agreed timelines. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data provided to us.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables created specifically for you (such as dashboards, tools, or reports) transfers to you, unless agreed otherwise. ExcelBIPro retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, and general know-how used to build those deliverables.
We treat your business data and information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services or as required by law. We expect the same treatment of any proprietary methods or materials we share with you.
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care and validate deliverables against source data before handover. However, our outputs depend on the quality and accuracy of the data you provide. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExcelBIPro's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
The level of post-delivery support, revisions, and any ongoing maintenance will be defined in the relevant proposal. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may be chargeable.
Some solutions rely on third-party platforms (such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or cloud services). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or licensing costs associated with those third-party tools.
